Frequently Asked Questions

Can I claim my health fund rebate at my appointment? Yes! We have HICAPS and can claim your health insurance rebate instantly. You just pay the gap fee, its as easy as that

 

What should I bring to my appointment? Please bring any information relating to your problem from other health professionals you have seen, the results of x-rays or other tests, and your private health fund card (if applicable).

 

Is there free parking on site? Yes, we have free parking available on site.

 

Is your clinic wheelchair accessible? Yes, our clinics are wheelchair accessible.

 

Can my child see you? Yes of course! We treat all people from ages 13 and upwards. All children under the age of 16 will require a parent or guardian to be present during all consultations. We thank you for your understanding.

 

What should I wear? Please ensure you wear underwear. This is determined by your comfortability as well. We use massage balms directly onto the skin, so we generally ask you to get undressed to expose as much skin as you are comfortable with. Bras can be kept on and undone from behind when you are on the table. If you prefer to be clothed, please wear thin clothing that you are comfortable in and we can perform hands on treatments through the clothes.

 

Do you work late nights or weekends? Yes, we are open Tuesdays and Thursdays until late. At the moment, we are closed Saturdays.
